Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Queens Blitz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Queens Blitz is a puzzle game that offers both free and premium features. The App is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes.

Subscriptions

Queens Blitz offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Queens Pro") that provides an ad-free experience, unlimited hints, and additional features.

• Price: $0.99 per month
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Free trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboard scores or game data
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Queens Blitz are the property of Sean Lin. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sean Lin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
